Data Collection

TailScan does not collect, store, or transmit any data to external servers. All CSS inspection and Tailwind class conversion happens entirely within your browser.

Data Storage

TailScan stores only a boolean preference (inspector on/off state) locally using the Chrome Storage API. No browsing history, page content, or CSS data is stored or transmitted.

Permissions Explained

• activeTab — Allows the extension to read computed styles of elements on the current page when you activate the inspector.
• storage — Stores your inspector preference locally.

Third-Party Services

If you purchase the Pro version, payments are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. We do not see or store your payment details.

Analytics

TailScan does not include any analytics, tracking, or telemetry.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
